Extra Curricular Activities

Get ready for a Summer Term full of sporting opportunities 

For the Summer Term 2026 in addition to a wide range of Electives we are also delighted to offer the following extra-curricular activities. All clubs are suitable for both girls and boys. 

Summer Term Sports and Dance Extra-Curricular Clubs

We are delighted to have secured external funding that is helping us to run the after-school clubs featuring Acrobatic Dance and Street Dance. We thank Opening School Facilities for their support.    

  • Acrobatic Dance will take place in the Dance Studio on Mondays and be taught by Lillie-Mae; a great chance to expand your dance skills, while improving strength and flexibility. Lillie-Mae has an impressive background in dance and musical theatre with a wealth of teaching experience.
  • Also on Mondays there will be Rounders Club on the Field coached by members of the PE Department.

  • On Wednesdays Street Dance classes will take place in the Dance Studio taught by MJ of Hot House Dance. The classes will be a mix of street and contemporary dance; MJ has a wealth of experience and trained with the Rambert School of Ballet & Contemporary Dance and the Dance Theatre of Harlem School.

  • Also on Wednesday evenings and coached by members of the PE Department there will be the opportunity to work on batting and fielding prowess with Cricket Club - on the field  
  • On Thursdays on the Field there is Athletics training, coached by members of the PE Department and a brilliant chance to start getting ready for Sports Day!
